Recommendations for the Public Consultation on Hong Kong’s Five-year Plan (2026-2030)
2041HK’s recommendations for Hong Kong’s First Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development (2026–2030) sets out 17 recommendations across 3 connected pillars. These recommendations reflect our belief that Hong Kong’s green transformation depends not only on infrastructure and finance, but also on the knowledge, values and participation of its people.

From 2022 to 2023, 2041 Hong Kong partnered with EnviroEvents, the organiser of Hong Kong’s leading sustainability-focused business conference, ReThink HK, to develop the organisation’s inaugural Impact Report. This comprehensive report outlines ReThink HK’s environmental and social performance against key performance indicators across its 2020-2022 events, and sets out future sustainability commitments.
EnviroEvents 2023 Sustainability Report
Building on the success of the inaugural ReThink HK Impact Report, 2041 Hong Kong was again engaged by EnviroEvents to develop their comprehensive 2023 Sustainability Report. This report represents a significant evolution in scope and rigor, aligned with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 2021 Standards. Our team developed and executed a tailored data collection strategy to calculate the company’s complete carbon footprint, encompassing Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions across its entire value chain.
Industry Benchmarking Analysis
2041 Hong Kong delivered a comprehensive benchmarking analysis on the state of sustainability in Hong Kong’s Convention and Exhibitions (C&E) industry to the Hong Kong Exhibition and Convention Industry Association. Developed to advance the industry’s global competitiveness and environmental stewardship, the report provides a strategic roadmap for aligning local practices with the city’s 2050 Climate Action Plan.
